Recently, we received a package with Zippity Doo Hair Products for children that included shampoo, conditioner, detangler, hair gel and shield spray. (Here is where I confess that we have not used the hair gel or shield spray!)
The first thing I noticed was how great the products smell! Seriously! Delicious!
After reading over the ingredient list, I was very comfortable using the products on the boys (and by saying that "I was very comfortable", I mean that I gave hubby the go ahead to use them since he does bath time!) They're not 100% natural, but they do contain a great deal of natural ingredients.
The true test was the detangler as our oldest son has longer styled hair that has tons of tangles after washing. It worked great and there are no more screaming fits while trying to comb out his hair!
I can't attest to the lice-protection benefits of Zippity Doo, but I'm ALL for it! I'm saving it for when he ventures off to school one day and we'll see the real test then! (Although, if I hear of a lice outbreak in his Sunday school class, you can bet your sweet bippy I'll be whipping out that Shield Spray!)
I was very excited to see that you could purchase these products at CVS (so for you ECB fans, keep your eyes peeled for a great deal!)
